Is fast track guaranteed?
At all the airports we serve Fast Track is included as part of the service our meet & greet service as well us our airport CIP service. Kindly refer to the individual airport service descriptions to check if a Fast Track is available at your chosen location.
Where does your concierge service begin when I arrive at the airport?
The starting point of our service depends on the package you select. For instance, with the Airport CiP Arrival package, assistance begins the moment you land on the tarmac. With the Meet & Assist package, our team welcomes you at the terminal gate entrance, subject to airport regulations.
Where does your concierge service begin when departing at the airport?
The starting point of our service depends on the package you choose. With the Airport CiP Departure package, assistance begins the moment you arrive at the curbside. With the Meet & Assist package, our team is ready to welcome you at the curbside and guide you seamlessly through the departure process.
How do you get VIP treatment at the airport?
You can book VIP services through specialized providers, airlines, or travel agencies, or access them via premium credit cards or loyalty programs.
Are airport VIP lounges worth it?
Yes, VIP lounges offer comfort, privacy, and amenities like gourmet dining, Wi-Fi, and showers, making them valuable for long layovers or frequent travelers.
What is VIP airport lounge access?
It is access to exclusive airport lounges with premium amenities such as luxury seating, fine dining, entertainment, and enhanced privacy. Access is granted via VIP services, memberships, or airline programs.
What if the service i want is not listed on your services page?
We cover many airports across the globe. If you require a service that is not listed, please contact us we may be able to accommodate you.
What happens if Fast Track is not available at the airport I’m traveling through?
At airports where Fast Track is not available or permitted by the airport authorities, our greeters will assist you as much as possible and help expedite the process in line with local government and airport regulations. In some locations, greeters may have special access or insight into quicker routes and channels to enhance your experience. However, please note that the availability of these facilities cannot be guaranteed.
Who are the greeters that will assist me at the airport?
All our greeters are highly trained local professionals with the correct permissions from airport authorities to provide meet‑and‑assist services.
In addition to helping with any language difficulties their expert knowledge of the airport means they often have special access and insight to quicker routes and channels that may not normally be available to everyone. All greeters will assist you as much as possible in line with the local government and airport authorities regulations to enhance your experience.
Can you provide porter or baggage assistance at baggage reclaim?
Mostly Yes. Except if baggage reclaim is located within the restricted customs zone, we are unable to arrange porter or baggage assistance.
Can I book special assistance, such as wheelchair assistance?
Yes you can if you have not book it already with the airline.
Please if you have already book any mobility assistance direct with your airline, advise us at the time of reservation if you have confirmed any mobility assistance with your airline.
Can children be included in my booking?
Yes. It would be our pleasure to accommodate the whole family.

Can I book an electric buggy / golf cart?
Buggy availability varies from airport to airport. Kindly refer to the individual airport service descriptions to check if a buggy / golf cart is available at your chosen location. Please note that we cannot guarantee this service.
I haven’t pre‑booked the lounge. Can I still use one on the day of travel?
Subject to availability, your concierge may be able to assist in arranging lounge access on the day of service. Please note that payment must be made directly to the lounge at the time of use, as greeters are unable to pay on your behalf.
Will my VIP Concierge carry my luggage?
Health and safety regulations dictate that unfortunately we are not insured to carry your luggage. Security requirements mean that you have to keep your hand luggage with you at all times especially through security checks. At many of the airports we cover a porter service may be available for an additional charge.
Why do I have to give a telephone number?
We require your mobile telephone to enable to Concierge to make contact with you. A contact number is required for all services. You may provide contact details of your driver as an alternative for any departure services.
I haven’t received my booking confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact us on [email protected] with as much booking information as possible.
What happens if driver or guest contact details are not provided in advance?
We accept no liability for any service failure if driver contact details or guest contact details have not been provided in advance.
How much does it cost to change booking information?
Nothing. As long as you give us a minimum 72 hours notice. Cancellations and changes may be subject to the full service price if appropriate notice is not given.
Is Kotoka VIP responsible for flight cancellations or airport delays?
Kotoka VIP is not responsible for cancellations or delays outside of our control, including but not limited to flight cancellations and delays or diversions, check‑in, immigration, security, and baggage handling disruptions.
Will I receive specific meeting instructions for my airport service?
At some airports, there are designated locations and instructions that guests must follow. We will provide any airport‑specific meeting instructions the day before your service.
What should I do if I cannot locate my concierge?
In the event that you are unable to locate your concierge, please contact +233 535 113 435 for immediate assistance.
I’ve lost my booking confirmation. Can I get a replacement?
