Booking and Getting a Quote
How can I get a price estimate?
It’s easy! Just head over to our “Contact” section and request a quote. You’ll receive an offer within an hour.
How do I change or cancel my trip?
No problem! As long as you notify us 72 hours before pick-up, you can cancel or change your trip via email or phone.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim with a sign showing your name. Keep in mind that driver access may vary depending on the airport.
How long will the driver wait?
The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. If you’re arriving by plane, they’ll wait for free for up to 1 hour after your flight lands. If there are any unexpected delays, just let us know as soon as possible. Flight delays won’t incur any penalties.
What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have a wide selection of luxury vehicles to suit your needs, from compact sedans to spacious coaches, accommodating from 3 to 92 passengers.
When will I get my driver's information?
We’ll send you the driver’s contact details, including their phone number and vehicle license plate, 24 hours before your pick-up.
How can I pay for my trip?
We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
What if I can't find my driver?
Don’t worry! If you have trouble locating your driver, just contact our customer service department right away. We’ll help you connect.

Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, most of our drivers speak English. However, if you have a preference for another language, let us know when you book, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
Can I drink alcohol in the car?
No, consuming alcohol in the vehicle is not allowed unless we give you written permission beforehand. The driver also has the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Can I tip the driver?
Absolutely! Tipping is at your discretion.
What happens to my personal information?
We take your privacy very seriously. The information we collect is only used to book your trip and provide our services. We follow all data protection regulations and won’t share your information with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law.
Can I book your service for several days in a row?
Yes, we offer multi-day bookings. The payment terms will be included in your quote or booking confirmation.
Can I ask the driver to make stops during the trip?
Sure, you can request additional stops. However, depending on the extra time and distance involved, there might be additional charges.
