VVIP CIP lounge is stunning. Great food, great drinks, and total privacy. It was the perfect way to end our vacation before the long flight home. Loved it!

Avoid. We booked the Tambo international airport meet & greet and nobody was there. Called the emergency number and got voicemail. Had to navigate customs alone with 3 kids. Terrible.

VIP meet and greet at Addis Ababa was fantastic. Transit at ADD can be crazy, but the agent took us to a quiet lounge during our 4-hour layover. Lifesaver.

okay but not great. I thought I’d be free to the VIP lounge flying from Paris based my credit cards description, but apparently, my ticket didn’t qualify? Confusing terms.

Fast track was great, but the lounge was overcrowded. Couldn’t find a seat for 20 mins during my departure and vip lounge for Casablanca Airport. Service got me there fast, but the lounge itself needs work.

My parents used the meet & greet at Ghana International. They are elderly and said the agent was very patient and carried their hand luggage. Gave me peace of mind. Tks.
