To book our services online, visit www.kotokaairportvip.com and click ‘Book Now.’ If you’re new to our system, you’ll be prompted to register with some basic details. Once we receive your booking, our team will review the information and send a confirmation email if your booking is accepted. To facilitate your booking, we’ll need details for all members of your party, including names, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers, passport expiry dates, flight information (flight number, seat class, airline booking reference), and the names of any friends who will be meeting you. Additionally, please provide the number of bags you’ll be traveling with and, if not included in your selected package, details of your Accra address for the chauffeur service (when included) or your independently booked driver details. If you’re uncertain about bags and transportation at the time of booking, you can inform us closer to your travel date, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Upon your arrival at Kotoka Airport:
• We’ll greet you directly from your aircraft, whether at the air-bridge or the foot of the aircraft steps.
• Our team will take charge of your baggage tags while you’re comfortably driven to your VIP suite in a private luxury chauffeur-driven car. Meanwhile, our baggage team will coordinate the collection of your bags.
• You’ll be escorted to your exclusive private lounge where you can unwind with refreshments.
• Our staff will present your passport and other necessary documents to immigration officials, allowing you to relax unless additional information or checks are required.
• Once customs and immigration procedures are completed, you’re free to exit the airport and continue your journey. We’ll inform you promptly when this is possible.
• If needed, your chauffeur vehicle can transport you to any address in Accra (additional cost and subject to availability). Alternatively, your personal driver can enter our private forecourt 30 minutes before your scheduled landing time to ensure timely pickup.
• Please be aware that chauffeur vehicles are provided upon request, subject to availability, and are allocated based on the number of seats available for booked guests for a distance of up to 25 miles. Additional vehicles (including baggage vans) and extra mileage may incur additional charges upon booking. The chauffeur service is facilitated by a third-party supplier. If your flight is departing from Kotoka Airport:
• We will arrange a convenient pick-up time and location, and you will be transferred directly to Heathrow Airport in a luxury chauffeured vehicle.
• Please be aware that vehicle allocation is subject to availability and is based on the number of seats required for booked guests, for a distance of up to 25 miles. Additional vehicles (including baggage vans) and extra mileage may entail additional charges upon booking. The chauffeur service is provided by a third-party supplier. • If your personal chauffeur is driving you to Kotoka, please provide us with your driver’s name and car registration number in advance to ensure smooth access to the VIP suite. Failure to provide these details may result in delays. If you plan to drive yourself, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the airport valet service for you. Please note that parking at Heathrow VIP is designated for drop-off and pick-up only.
• To ensure a stress-free departure and catch your flight on time, please arrive at your Kotoka VIP suite at least 90 minutes before your flight’s departure time. Late arrivals may risk missing their flight. If you intend to go shopping or require VAT refunds, we recommend arriving two hours before your flight and notifying us in advance of your shopping and VAT needs. • Upon your arrival at Kotoka VIP, our team will warmly greet you and escort you to your private lounge.
• We will assist in organizing your luggage and ensure it is securely handled by your airline. Baggage tags will be handed to you so you can retrieve your bags at your destination.
• Check-in with your airline will be efficiently arranged, for which we will need your passports and any specific boarding requests.
• You are free to relax in your exclusive lounge, order food and beverages, indulge in shopping, or pass the time as you prefer.
• Before your flight, our team will escort you through our dedicated Kotoka Airport security channel, adhering to Ghana’s standard security protocols.
• Your journey to the aircraft will be in a luxury chauffeur-driven car. Please note that if you wish to board your flight early, first pre-boarding requests are at the discretion of the airline.
• We will present you to your airline staff and ensure a seamless transition into their care

Check-in: Upon your arrival, we collect your passports, flight details, and luggage, which we then hand over to your airline for the check-in process. Your bags are weighed, tagged, and processed, and your boarding cards and baggage tags are issued to us. Subsequently, we return your passports, boarding cards, and baggage tags to you.

Security: Within our Kotoka VIP suites, we have dedicated private security lanes. We provide ample notice to ensure you pass through security in a timely manner to catch your flight. The security rules for Kotoka VIP guests align with those for all other passengers. You have the option to entrust your hand luggage and personal items for X-ray inspection or keep them with you until they are ready to undergo X-ray scanning. All members of your party will need to step through a body scanner, and if necessary, our security staff may request a search, which we conduct in a private room.

Immigration: We handle the presentation of your passports and other documentation to Border Force officers. Depending on the circumstances, they may request to meet with you and may have questions or requests that we ensure you address.

Customs: While using the VIP Suite, you are subject to standard Ghana customs declarations. However, the VIP Team organizes your processing at Kotoka VIP, facilitating liaison with customs for any declarations or specific requirements you may have.

Culinary Delights: Your Kotoka VIP service includes a diverse array of complimentary food and beverages available throughout the day from 07:00 to 22:00, featuring items from our exclusive menu. All dishes on our menu are thoughtfully crafted by our executive chef and prepared by an experienced team, using fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. We offer a wide selection, ranging from light snacks to more indulgent options, with the aim of making your time at Kotoka VIP as relaxing as being in your own home. Additionally, we provide a fine selection of wines, beers, mixers, champagnes, fresh juices, and soft drinks.
