We sometimes include parts of our other services in our standard Arrival, Departure, and Transfer packages.

Most of these services take place inside the main airport terminal. While you are in the terminal, we use fast track methods to help you move through the airport more quickly.

Main Terminal Benefits

We follow all official rules set by the airport, security (TSA), and Customs & Border Protection. Please note that only government authorities can perform immigration and customs checks. While we help you navigate the process, we do not handle official legal clearances.

This service is designed to makes traveling with kids much easier for parents who are on separate parts of the world.

Caution: As a parent you are to place the child under strict airline unaccompanied minor programs. Airlines require advance booking, parental consent forms, and supervision arrangements, and many countries demand written authorization from both parents before allowing a child to cross borders

Meet & Greet - Fast Track 12-17 y/o

This service helps teenagers navigate the airport safely and comfortably. It is a great way to give them some independence while ensuring they are always in a controlled environment.

  • On Departure: We meet your child at the curbside entrance gate.
  • Transit/Connecting Flight: A greeter meets your child at the terminal exit and helps them through to the departure hall.

We help with everything so you can relax at home knowing your childs needs is being catered for.

This service is designed to makes traveling with kids much easier for parents who are on separate parts of the world.

Caution: Most airlines allow solo travel starting at age 12. Children in this age group may fly alone without being enrolled in the Unaccompanied Minor (UM) program, though parents can still request it for extra supervision. Some airlines won’t allow minors under 15–16 to travel internationally without UM service

Meet & Greet - Fast Track Under 5 y/o

We provide extra care and attention for families traveling with children under five. We focus on making the process as quick as possible so you can focus on your little ones.

Strollers Support: We provide personalized support for families with strollers or other baby gear.

  • On Arrival: A dedicated guide meets you at the terminal exit with a stroller and helps you through customs and baggage claim.
  • On Departure: We meet you at the curbside entrance gate with a stroller.
  • Transit/Connecting Flight: A greeter meets you at the terminal exit with a stroller and helps you through to the departure hall.

Caution: All major airlines prohibit children under 5 from flying without a parent, guardian, or designated adult. The Unaccompanied Minor programs that airlines offer typically start at age 5

 

Bottom Line: Infants and toddlers under 5 must always travel with a parent or designated adult. They cannot fly alone internationally, even if both parents live in different countries.
