The meet and greet service at Kigali international airport and was expecting to be met by Kotoka VIP Staff as advertised, but it was just a regular ground staff employee. They were nice enough, and the service was amazing. We still had to follow a queue of two people at customs, the experience felt a little like premium service I paid for. 👌 expectations for the price point.
